The Essence of Hospice Care Haven Hospice is a special program for patients and families who are coping with a terminal illness. People turn to hospice care, a form of palliative care, when more aggressive medical treatment is no longer available or desirable. Services are custom-designed to support each family's unique needs, with an emphasis on offering individuals choice, dignity and respect.
